Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez is urging energy-rich Turkmenistan to join a proposed natural gas group similar to OPEC. Chavez told Turkmen President Gurbanguli Berdymukhamedov Monday that the group wouldn't be «strong enough» without the participation of Turkmenistan, which has the world's fourth-largest gas reserves, according to a report of The Associated Press.
