The national networks of seismic monitoring recorded a number of weak tremors in Harat Al-Shaqqah, the maximum of which is of 2.23 on the Richter scale, from twelve o'clock noon on Thursday until twelve o'clock noon today. The Saudi Geological Survey (SGS) confirmed in a statement that all the variables in terms of thermal measurements and concentrations of radon gas, carbon dioxide, and the widening cracks in the ground are at safe rates. On other hand, the national networks of seismic monitoring also recorded two tremors in the east of Yanbu city, from a distance of about 65 km and had been felt by the residents of Yanbu, Badr and Al-Madina.
