The international Islamic relief Organization (IIRO), an affiliate of the Muslim World League (MWL), has provided more than 5000 poor Indonesian families with relief assistance. Fahd Al-Harbi, the Director of the regional bureau of the MWL in Jakarta, said the Indonesian people have expressed appreciation for this kind gesture which came during the blessed month of Ramadan. He noted that the relief program has a positive impact and it provides the poor families with the required assistance. Highlighting the significant role been played by the MWL's regional bureau in Jakarta, he said there are more than 180 million Muslims in Indonesia.
