One firefighter was killed and two were missing after lightning sparked a fire at an oil pumping station in western Siberia, UPI quoted Russian authorities as saying. Four other firefighters were hospitalized with burns in the Khanty-Mansi autonomous area after lightning struck an oil reservoir, igniting a fire that spread to five nearby reservoirs, RIA Novosti reported Sunday. The fire broke out late Saturday and was brought under control Sunday morning. The fire was not expected to affect crude oil supplies for the region, a spokesman for the state oil company said.
