peace be upon him - who was faster to do acts of generosity and good than a swift wind. The prophet - peace be upon him - usually augers well of this blessed month and urges his companions by saying: "The month of Ramadan: the month of blessings, during which God comes past you to pour on you his mercy, forgives your sins and accepts your calls, has come up. Please show God some of your good as the unlucky is the one who was deprived from the mercy of God" .
