The H1N1 Follow Up and Management National Committee announced on Saturday recording new 16 cases during the past two days, Oman News Agency (ONA) reported. The Committee pointed out that most of the cases have been diagnosed as medium and light. It said that no causality has been reported so far. It also said that the cases of the pandemic reached 355 so far. Most of them have recovered except some cases being diagnosed last week and 8 cases being followed up in the hospital and their conditions are stable. Also 2 cases have been reported by the hospital in the Governorate of Dhofar. The Health Ministry called upon citizens and residents to visit the nearest health centre in the event of appearance of similar symptoms, maintain cleanliness, use tissues while spitting and sneezing, wash hands regularly with water and soap or sterilizer, and avoid contact with eyes or nose without washing hands.
