The Turkish navy captured seven pirates in the Gulf of Aden off the coast of Somali, Turkish media reported Friday.
Turkey is part of the international naval deployment against
piracy in the waters off the coast of Somalia, which are now
considered the most dangerous in the world, with more than 100
merchant navy ships attacked and dozens hijacked this year.
