General President of Youth Welfare congratulates Saudi leadership

Prince Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, General President of Youth Welfare, congratulated the Saudi leadership on the Saudi soccer tournament's winning of the 16th place on the world's soccer tournament list and the first place at the Arab level for 2009 according to the ranking made by the International Federation of Football History and Statistics of the Soccer Tournaments in the world.
Prince Sultan bin Fahd attributed this success to the Saudi leadership's support for sports and youth sector.
