Egypt's prosecutor general has referred 26 suspects, including two Lebanese and five Palestinians, to trial on charges of spying for the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah and plotting terrorist attacks, AP reported. The prosecutor's statement Sunday charged the suspects with spying for a foreign group, planning attacks against tourists and shipping in Suez Canal, and sending operatives to Gaza to help militant groups there. The suspects will be tried in a State Security Emergency court, a special tribunal whose verdicts cannot be appealed. The statement obtained by the Associated Press said one senior Hezbollah official and three Egyptians remain at large. -- SPA
