Turkey, Palestine enhances bilateral ties

Quds city), July 18, SPA Turkey and Palestine further solidified their political ties Friday with the opening of new headquarters of the Palestinian embassy in Ankara by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and his Turkish counterpart Abdullah Gul.
The new headquarters were built with assistance from the Turkish government, according to a report of Bahrain News Agency "BNA".
Speaking on the occasion, Abbas called the move a symbol of friendship and brotherhood between Palestine and Turkey, the BNA quoted the Palestinian government-run news agency "WAFA" as saying.
