Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja, Minister of Culture and Information of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, left Bahrain today following a two-day official visit. At Bahrain International Airport, he was seen off by his Bahraini counterpart Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa and Saudi Ambassador to Bahrain Dr. Abdulmohsen Al-Mark. In a departure statement at the airport, Dr. Khoja expressed happiness to have visited Bahrain, describing the visit as useful and successful. He also expressed happiness to have met with the Bahraini king and listened to his useful instructions. Dr. Khoja thanked his Bahraini counterpart for inviting him to visit Bahrain, confirming that the Saudi and Bahraini sides would exchange official visits and exhibitions and hold training courses and symposia. For her part, Shaikh Mai bint Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa expressed pleasure of meeting Dr. Khoja in Bahrain. She confirmed, as was mentioned by Dr. Khoja, that the days ahead would witness joint cooperation between the two countries in the field of culture and information and that Bahrain will hold Bahraini cultural days in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia soon.
