Furniture Expo Company changed into Limited Stock Company

Minister of Commerce and Industry Abdullah bin Ahmad Zainal Ali Rida has approved transforming the company of the International Modern Furniture Exhibition into a limited stock company.
The Company, with a capital of SR 90 million, will float nine million shares, each with a value of SR 10.
The Riyadh-based company will be concerned with retail and wholesale trade in house and office furniture, decor, sofas and other activities.
The company will be managed by a five-member board of directors.
This development comes within the framework of the state's policy which aims at broadening the economic base and diversifying sources of the national income.
