Tunisia's President Zine El Abidine bin Ali received here today the Saudi Ambassador-designate to Tunisia Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Muammar, who presented to the Tunisian president his credentials as the new Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Republic of Tunisia. President ben Ali requested the ambassador to convey his greetings to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz; Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz and the Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General and Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, wishing the Kingdom and its people progress and prosperity. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency, bin Muammar expressed pride of the royal confidence appointing him as Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Tunisia.
