Public Investment Fund and PSA Corporation sign MoU

The Public Investment Fund and PSA Corporation, an affiliate of Port Authority of Singapore, signed at the Ministry of Finance here today a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the purpose of studying the feasibility of establishing a joint company to finance, construct and operate container terminals in some ports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The MoU was signed by the Secretary General of the Public Investment Fund Mansour bin Saleh Al-Maiman and the Executive Chairman of PSA Corporation David Yong.
