The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has donated $ five million to United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to support the Iraqi refugees in Jordan and Syria. The donation was announced during an official ceremony held by the UNHCR office in Amman and patronized by Saudi Ambassador to Jordan Fahd bin Abdulmohsen Al-Zaid. The Minister Plenipotentiary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Zuhair bin Mohammed Al-Idrissi delivered a speech in which he thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Crown Prince and the Second Deputy Premier for the Kingdom's donation that will contribute to alleviating the suffering of Iraqi refugees in Jordan.
