Prince Abdulaziz bin Majed, the Governor of Madinah Region, chaired here today the meeting of the Region's Hajj committee. The participants of the meeting reviewed the operation plans of the authorities concerned with the Umrah (minor Hajj) performers and visitors of the Prophet's Mosque during the lunar months of Rajab, Shaban and Ramadan. Speaking on the occasion, Prince Abdulaziz thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah for his approval to add more areas to the Prophet's Mosque which will increase the capacity of the worshippers at the Mosque. He noted that the approval embodies the great attention given by the Saudi rulers to the Guests of God. Moreover the participants of the meeting were briefed on the early arrangements made for this year's Hajj season.
