International Mideast envoy Tony Blair says residents of the Gaza Strip continue to face a «tough situation.» Blair is also urging quick repairs to the infrastructure damaged in Israel's offensive early this year, The Associated Press reported. Blair's visit Monday to the Hamas-ruled Gaza is his second since he became the international community's Mideast envoy two years ago. Blair says the world must focus on the «genuine humanitarian concerns» in the strip. Blair is not scheduled to meet officials from Hamas.
