Building collapses in Belgium, three hurt

An abandoned building
collapsed during a local festival in the Belgian city of Mons
on Sunday, injuring three people, authorities said, according to Reuters.
A fire brigade official said the building had caught fire
about two years ago. Belgian media said it was being renovated.
