Russia tells US to drop missile shield to help ties

Russia said on Thursday that
full dialogue with the United States could only start if
Washington dropped plans to deploy a missile defence system in
Europe, according to Reuters.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Andrei Nesterenko made
the comment at a weekly briefing with reporters.
