Saudi Arabia, Germany exchange ratification documents of DTAA

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Germany exchanged here today the ratification documents of the Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA) for taxes on the income and capital of air transport establishments as well as the compensation of workers in these establishments.
The ratification documents of DTAA were exchanged by Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Economic and Cultural Affairs Yousef bin Trad Al-Sa'adoun and German Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Volkmar Wenzel.
Under the second paragraph of Article (VI), the agreement becomes effective after one month of the date of exchanging the ratification documents.
