The Under Secretary of the Saudi Ministry of Culture and Information (MCI) for engineering affairs, Dr. Riyadh Bin Kamal Najm, who is also the President of The Arab States Broadcasting Union (ASBU) will chair the 81st session of ASBU's Executive Council to be held here tomorrow. Delegates of 13 member states of the Executive Council will attend the two-day session which will review a number of reports on ASBU's activities during the last period including the activity of the Arab Center for the exchange of news and programs in Algeria and the Arab Center for the training for radio and television in Damascus as well as several other administrative, financial and technical issues.
