Yemeni Minister of Industry and Trade Dr. Yahya Al-Motawakil met here today with the delegation's members of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Executive Committee of the Council of Saudi-Yemeni businessmen. The meeting discussed the opportunities of strengthening ties between the private sectors in both countries by expanding the fields of joint economic, trade and investment cooperation, stressing the importance of the role of the private sector in achieving the economic prospects of the partnership between the two countries. The head of the Saudi delegation, Abdullah Baqshan highlighted the role being played by the Council of Saudi-Yemeni businessmen in resolving the problems facing the investors in both countries while Dr. Al-Motawakil welcomed the Saudi investments in Yemen.
