General Directorate of Health Affairs in Collaboration with Saudi Pediatric Surgery Society and the Saudi Urological Society will hold a three-day international workshop on 'Hypospadias Repair', starting its activities on July 15. A number of International renowned experts including Prof. Warren Snodgrass from Children Medical Centre Dallas, USA, who will present a keynote address on 'TIP Urethroplasty' will attend the Workshop's proceedings. Other prominent speakers include Prof. Ahmed Hadidi, Heidelbergy / Mannheim University, Germany on "Hypospadias: An update on management & complications"; Prof. Hisham Mosili, Prof. Pediatric Surgery and also chairman of the Saudi Urological Society on Dr. Snodgrass's technique in adult circumcision patients and Prof. Yasser Gamal professor of Pediatric Surgery and President Saudi Pediatric Surgery Society, on details about Hypospadias & Intersex. The Workshop to be held at King Faisal Hall, King Fahd Hospital, AL Baha. It will have live operative demonstrations on Hypospadias repair. This event aims to promote and exchange scientific information in the field of Paediatric urology and especially Hypospadias repair. During this workshop, wide spectra of Hypospadias cases will be available for the case discussions and operative demonstrations planned to be carried out by the distinguished experts from all over the world, said DR.M A Baky Fahmy MD, FRCS, Consultant Pediatric surgeon, King Fahad Hospital, Al-Baha. King Fahd Hospital currently receives children cases from Al Baha region or from other hospitals to be presented to renowned experts on Monday each week, said dr.
