Ukraine has confirmed its first case of the new H1N1 flu, a Ukrainian who lived in the United States for two years, Reuters quoted the Health Ministry as saying today. "We received the confirmation from London today," a ministry spokeswoman said. The ministry had said this week it was "99 percent" certain the 24-year-old man who returned to Ukraine after for two years in Detroit had contracted the new flu.
