Prince Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, the General President of Youth Welfare, and Prince Nawaf bin Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy General President of Youth Welfare, have sent two cables of congratulation to Sheikh Ahmad Fahd Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah on the occasion of the decision of Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah appointing him as the Deputy Premier for Economic Affairs, the Minister of State for Development Affairs and the Minister of State for Housing.
In their cables, Prince Sultan bin Fahd and Prince Nawaf bin Faisal wished Sheikh Ahmad Fahd Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah all success.
