Dr. Abu Bakr Ahmed Ba Qader, the Under Secretary of the Ministry of Culture and Information for International Cultural Relations, opened here last night the Turkmenistan's 'Cultural Day' events organized at King Abdulaziz Cultural Center at Abraq Al Raghaah. The opening ceremony of the 'Cultural Day' events was attended by Turkmenistan's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Abalakov Mukhamed. In an address at the reception to celebrate the occasion, Dr. Ba Qader that the activities of Turkmenistan's cultural days are part of an endeavor to establish a common cultural bonds and generate a deep and genuine friendship between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Turkmenistan.
