Asian, European Foreign Ministers condemn North Korea

Asian and European foreign ministers on Tuesday condemned North Korea's nuclear test, saying it was a clear violation of United Nations resolutions and
other international agreements.
Their statement called on North Korea to immediately
return to diplomatic talks aimed at defusing disagreements
over its atomic program.
«Ministers reaffirm their support for the six-party talks
to seek early and verifiable denuclearization of the Korean
peninsula in a peaceful manner,» said the statement issued
on the closing day of the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) in
Hanoi, according to a report of Associated Press.
