Syrian Vice-President Faruq Al-Shara received a message from Somali President Sharif Sayyed Ahmed to the Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad.
The message dealt with the current situation in Somalia.
The message was handed over by Somali Mohamed Abdulahi Omar.
