Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas held talks here today with Canadian Foreign Minister Lawrence Cannon. During the meeting, President Abbas briefed the Canadian Foreign Minister on the latest developments in the Palestinian territories, particularly the Israeli practices on the ground as well as the efforts to end the siege and reconstruct Gaza Strip. They also discussed the bilateral relations between Palestine and Canada.
