Saudi Minister of Petroleum meets with number of Energy, Economy Ministers in Rome

On the sidelines of meetings of Energy Ministers of Group of Eight (G8) currently being held in the Italian capital, Rome, and in which the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is participating, the Saudi Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Eng. Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi met here today with the U.S. Secretary of Energy; Japanese Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry; French Minister of Energy, and Australian Minister of Energy.
During the meetings, discussions focused on the global oil market situation and bilateral cooperation between the Kingdom and the four ministers' countries.
