Moldova's parliament will hold a second round of voting to elect the country's president on May 28, the chamber's speaker and outgoing president, Vladimir Voronin, told the chamber on Wednesday. The second round was made necessary when Prime Minister Zinaida Greceanii, the candidate of Voronin's Communist Party, fell one vote short of election in a first round, Reuters reported.
