Arab Electricity Ministers hold meeting

The Executive Office of Arab Electricity Ministers Council held its 30th meeting at the headquarters of Arab League here today.
The meeting was chaired by Egyptian Minister of Electricity and Energy Hassan Younis. The Kingdom's delegation was led by Minister of Water and Electricity Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Husayn.
The meting discussed a draft agenda of the 8th session of the Arab Electricity Ministers Council to be held on Wednesday in addition to issues pertaining to electricity projects.
The Executive Office decided to organize an Arab conference on the prospects of generating electricity from nuclear power in Arab region in 2010.
