Costa Rica has nine cases and one death. Spain has 103 cases, Britain has 82 and Panama 54. WHO figures often lag behind those given by national health agencies. Japan confirmed 27 more swine flu cases Sunday, bringing its total to 32, and China announced its third case, Associated Press reported.
