Japan's health ministry has confirmed seven more cases of swine flu hours after announcing 20 other cases, bringing the country's total to 32. The Health and Welfare Ministry says the seven newly confirmed patients included five high school students, a teacher in his 40s and a male college student in the western prefecture of Hyogo. All tested positive for the H1N1 virus and are recovering at local hospitals. The ministry earlier Sunday confirmed 20 cases, all teenagers at several high schools in Hyogo and nearby Osaka. Japan on Saturday confirmed its first domestic case of swine flu. Japan's first cases were contracted outside the country, Associated Press reported.
