Ais, Madinah, May 16, SPA -- The National Center for Monitoring Earthquakes and Volcanoes, an affiliate to the Saudi Geological Survey Authority, said that 19 earthquakes shook Harat Al-Shaqa, Al-Ais Center, Saudi Arabia. The National Center said that the earthquakes were felt by the citizens from 9:30 pm yesterday until 11:00 am today, adding that the maximum magnitude of these earthquakes was 3.68 on Richter scale. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Commander of Civil Defense Force Colonel Zuhair bin Ahmed Hashim Sabieh said that a geological survey teams surveyed Harat Al-Shaqa, adding that no village of Al-Ais Center was evacuated.
