Saudi Assistance for Arab Translation Institute in Algeria

Saudi Ambassador to Algeria Dr. Sami bin Abdullah Al-Saleh received here today Director of Arab Higher Institute for Translation Dr. Ina'am Bayoudh and handed her Saudi Arabia's contribution amounting to $ 280,000 for the year 2008 as a Saudi share of the annual budget approved by the Arab League to Algeria-based Institute.
In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Saudi ambassador said that the contribution comes within the framework of Saudi Arabia's commitment to activating the structures and bodies of the Arab League in support of Arab cooperation programs pertaining to higher education and scientific research.
