Yemen and World Bank (WB) held talks here today on the arrangements for an extra grant amounted to $15 million to finance the Groundwater and Soil Conservation Project (GSCP), Saba reported. The meeting was held by Yemeni Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation Mansour al-Hawshabi and WB's mission of GSCP. During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways of extending the project's period until 2011.
