Chad's Prime Minister Yousef Saleh Abbas received at his office in N'djamena today the Secretary General of the Makkah-based Muslim World League Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulmohsen Al-Turki and the accompanying delegation. During the meeting, Abbas lauded the assistance rendered by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and his Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz for Islam and Muslims everywhere. He told Dr. Al-Turki that Chad has recognized Arabic language as an official language of communication similar to the traditional French language. For his part, Dr. Al-Turki confirmed to the prime minister that the Kingdom will continue to be keen on the comfort of Chadian pilgrims. The meeting was attended by Chadian and Saudi officials.
