Europe's biggest carmaker Volkswagen AG is planning to build autos in Indonesia, the German-based company said Wednesday, according to dpa. In the next few months, VW is to begin constructing vehicles at a new facility in the Indonesian capital, Jakarta. Volkswagen's plans to build VW brand cars in Indonesia form part of its effort to prise open the door of the giant southeast Asian auto market, a VW spokesman said.
