King's donation handed over to Special Olympics International

The donation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud was handed over here today to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Special Olympics International Dr. Timothy Shriver by the General President of Youth Welfare, Head of the Saudi Federation of those with Special Needs.
The King's donation which amounted to one million U.S. dollars comes to support and develop the programs and activities of the Special Olympics International in the Middle East and North Africa.
During the meeting, Prince Sultan bin Fahd conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Dr. Shriver. In turn, Dr. Shriver thanked the King for his generous donation.
