Turki said Islam is an open religion for all and urges for dialogue and acculturation, citing the call of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for dialogue among cultures and civilizations.
Then memorial shields and gifts were exchanged between the Saudi and Nigeran sides.
Then Niger's Premier and MWL's Secretary General co-unveiled the plaque to mark the opening of the center.
The event was attended by a number of Niger's government officials; Saudi Charge D'affaires in Niami Faris bin Aidha Al-Thibaiti; and MWL's delegation.
