King greets Salvador's Cartagena on victory in Presidential Elections

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz has sent a cable of congratulations to Carlos Mauricio Funes Cartagena on the occasion of his victory at the presidential elections in Salvador.
The King expressed his good wishes to the President and people of Salvador.
A similar cable of congratulations was also sent to Carlos Mauricio Funes Cartagena by Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General.
