Iraqi police officials say a car bomb in a neighborhood of Baghdad has killed at least eight people and wounded 12 others. Associated Press quoted officials as saying that a parked car rigged with explosives exploded around noon Tuesday on a busy commercial street in the Kazimiyah neighborhood in northern Baghdad. The explosion came a day after a wave of bombings killed at least 37 people and wounded more than 100 others in the Iraqi capital.
