Saudi Arabia's speech at 10th Session of Human Rights Council 2 Geneva

Dr. Attar also said that in 2008, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia donated $ 500 million for United Nations World Food Program in response to the appeal by the UN Secretary General to resolve the global food crisis.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia contributed to the replenishment of the resources of the International Fund for Agricultural Development by $ 50 million, Dr. Attar said.
He added that the Kingdom's delegation is looking forward to positive results of this session, particularly with regard to the right to food.
