The City of Riyadh will host on March 16-17 the activities of First Saudi International Technology Incubation Forum, organized by King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) attended by 25 global experts and specialists in the field of technology incubators, as well as a large number of inventors, researchers and managers of incubators in the Gulf and the Middle East regions. Prince Dr. Turki bin Saud bin Mohammed Al Saud, Vice-President of King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology for Research Institutes said that conference sponsored and initiated by KACST city through Badir Program for Technology incubators (BADIR-ICT) is the first ICT technology incubator to be established in Saudi Arabia. It is part of the national BADIR technology incubator initiative of Saudi Arabia's national research institute and King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) with cooperation of the World Bank for the development of information aims to develop an environment of creativity and innovation in the Kingdom through incubators; and in the framework of the City to develop incubation policies.
