U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton met Turkey's prime minister Saturday for talks expected to focus on withdrawal of U.S. troops from neighboring Iraq. Clinton is also expected to discuss Turkey's contribution to Afghanistan's security and mediation for peace in the Middle East as well as efforts to improve Turkey's ties with Armenia. After her meeting with Prime Minister Recep Tayyib Erdogan, Clinton is scheduled to meet Foreign Minister Ali Babacan and address a joint news conference before meeting President Abdullah Gul later Saturday, Associated Press reported.
