The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud patronized the grand annual horse race on King Abdulaziz cup, held by the Equestrian Club at King Abdulaziz Horse Race Ground in Al-Janadriya on the outskirts of Riyadh. Upon arrival at the venue, the monarch was received by Prince General Mit'eb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Assistant Deputy Commander of the National Guard for Military Affairs and Chairman of the club's Technical Committees; Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Assir Region; other princes, the club's members of Board of Directors, its Director General Rashid Al-Zenaidi and a number of officials. Following the seventh set, the monarch gave away the trophy to Prince General Mit'eb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the owner of the horse "Lillahi Darruka" which won the game. Then the King graced a dinner party held in his honor to mark the occasion. The race and banquet were attended by Prince Miqren bin Abdulaziz, Chie of General Intelligence; Prince Turki Al-Faisal; Prince Bandar bin Fahd bin Saad; Prince Saud bin Saad bin Abdulaziz; Prince Faisal bin Abdullah bin Mohamed Al Saud, other princes, ministers, senior civil and military officials and a group of fans.
