Mayor of Riyadh opens first recreational center for people with special needs

Prince Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohammad bin A'ayyaf, Mayor of Riyadh Region, opened here today the first recreational center for people with special needs.
The center aims at providing people with special needs (movement handicap) with sports recreational facilities to help their physical, intellectual and interactive development.
