Japanese foreign minister in China for talks

Japan's foreign minister arrived in Beijing
on Saturday for talks on a joint energy project.
Foreign Minister Hirofumi Nakasone planned to
focus discussions with his Chinese counterpart Yang Jiechi
on implementing an agreement made last summer to jointly
develop its oil and gas reserves in the East China Sea,
according to Foreign Ministry spokesman Kazuo Kodama.
He said North Korea is also likely to feature in the talks
with China, Associated Press reported.
