The U.S. special envoy for North Korea policy, Stephen Bosworth, will visit Asian capitals and Moscow next week to consult on how to eliminate Pyongyang's nuclear-weapons program, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Thursday. Clinton said Bosworth's first trip as President Barack Obama's special representative would include visits to Japan, South Korea, China, and Russia to discuss how to “move the six-party process forward.” Bosworth, a former ambassador to South Korea, was named last week as the Obama administration's special envoy for North Korea and the six-country talks on its nuclear program. Talks between the six countries on Pyongyang's nuclear ambitions have stalled, most recently due to the North's refusal to allow nuclear material to be taken abroad for tests.
